Harrison Ford And Calista Flockhart Get Married!
Harrison Ford and actress Calista Flockhart have finally tied the knot in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is the third marriage for Ford and the first for Flockhart. Harrison and Calista were together for more than eight years before getting married. The 67-year-old actor began dating Calista after the 2002 Golden Globe Awards ceremony.
The "Indiana Jones" actor has four children from his two previous marriages. Calista Flockhart, 45, has an adopted son, Liam.
New Mexico, Jun 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) After dating for 8 years, Harrison Ford has finally married Calista Flockhart. They have been engaged since the last 16 months. They married at the official residence of the Governor of New Mexico, where a judge officiated over their union. The witnesses to the wedding were Bill Richardson and his wife Barbara.
According to TMZ, the very private wedding between the 67 years old Harrison Ford and the 45-year-old Calista Flockhart happened on the 15th of June. A day after their wedding the couple also officially registered for their marriage license in New Mexico itself.
The much in love couple has been dating since the last 8 years, (2002 to be precise). They also went on a family vacation last year, where Harrison Ford proposed to Calista on the very apt Valentine’s Day.
Hope the adage ‘third time lucky’ proves true for Harrison Ford, as it is the third wedding for him. It is the first wedding for Calista. Ford is already a parent to four children and a grandparent as well to two grandchildren. Calista Flockhart has an adopted son, whom she had adopted in 2001. Harrison Ford is presently busy shooting for the movie ‘Cowboys and Aliens’ in New Mexico.
